Shipping policy

Blu Home always ships its products in cardboard packaging to preserve product quality.

Shipments are entrusted to express couriers, with delivery within 24/48 working hours.

Shipping in Italy (EFFECTIVE FROM 01.2026):

Shipping costs with prepaid payment (Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer):

  • Orders < €39.00 | €3.90

  • Orders > €39.00 | FREE

Shipping costs with Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Orders < €39.00 | €5.90

  • Orders > €39.00 | €1.90

International shipping (EFFECTIVE FROM 01.2026):

AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, SPAIN

  • Orders < €50.00 | €10.00

  • Orders > €50.00 | FREE

🚚 Liability and Delivery
Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any delays attributable to the transport service.
The customer is required to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Any errors may result in delays or additional costs.

📦 Damaged Packages
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package.
If the package is visibly damaged, the customer must:

  • accept the delivery with specific reservation (e.g. “package damaged”)
  • or refuse the delivery

Without such reservation, claims for transport damage cannot be accepted.

📍 Storage, failed delivery and order refunds

In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address, the courier will attempt redelivery twice, after which the parcel may be placed in storage.
Any storage or redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to the sender, you will need to pay the delivery charges again for a new dispatch.
In the event of a refund, €10.00 will be deducted to cover the delivery charges incurred.
